The first time I came to know about the BPO Industry is when I joined a Call Centre in 2008. This was right after I completed my GCSE and still hadn't started studying for my A Levels. From that point on, I would become very much involved with the BPO Industry of Bangladesh. For the next two years, I continued to work in Call Centres, most of which were failing due to lack of vision of the owners and market research.

In late 2010, a year and a half before I entered college, I joined a startup BPO firm where I would continue to work for the next three years and be an integral part of its success from being a 30 man team to the 100 plus of what it has become today (2017). Their corrupt management system, failure to keep the promises with their employees would be some of the reasons, why I would leave the place and start my own entrepreneurship to provide something better.

I had a great interest in learning Physics from my childhood time, I read "A Brief  History of Time" by Stephen Hawking and some of his other books at a very young age of 11 and had always dreamed to become his student one day (a dream that will stay unrealised). Unfortunately, There is very little scope to study Physics in Bangladesh and upon realising this, I chose  to pursue a degree in Microbiology; a topic which I was second most interested in after Physics, from North South University instead.

Working in the BPO Industry of Bangladesh made me realise one thing, that there is a great opportunity for the industry to grow in Bangladesh, however, there is a great lack of vision and understanding about the whole industry in those who are leading it today. 
I started ASL primarily to provide a great processing service to the Property Preservation Industry in USA.
