What Jaber does in ASL

Jaber is one of the talented members of ASL, who was a student in the same department that our CEO (Zayed) was in. He joined ASL in 2015 first as a part-time property preservation processor. Over time, he learned how to process MCS, Assetshield, MnM, MSI, and Wolverine work orders.

One of the great things about Jaber that the managers caught early on about him, was his zeal in learning and ensuring the high quality of the work orders he processed. When checking his work orders for quality control there was often very few errors found in comparison to the work orders of his fellow colleagues.

Because of this when Jaber graduated from university and completed his bachelor, ASL BPO decided to promote him to a full-time employee in the quality control department, so that he can work hard to find errors and issues in the processing of work orders of new recruits and retrain them where need be.

​

In 2020-21, he has been a really valuable asset for ASL BPO whereas he spearheaded the QC department in checking work orders processed by all of the remote workers. He spends long time not only indentifying errors but also finding why the mistakes happen. Many of his days are passed in virtual meetings with our remote employees discussing the issues found in their processing and retraining them so that these employees don't make the errors twice.
